This is a small site for a working musician. It collects as little as possible, it does not sell anything about you, and there is no advertising on it.

What is collected

• Your email address, if you type it into the sign-up form. Used to tell you about new music, videos and show dates.
• Your mobile number, only if you choose to add it at the second step. Used for occasional text messages about presales, new songs and last-minute shows. Providing it is optional and is never a condition of buying anything.
• Nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics scripts on this site.

Things that happen because of how the web works

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability.
• Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when the page opens.
• Links out. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Pandora, Instagram and TikTok are other companies' services with their own privacy policies. Once you follow a link, you are on their terms, not these.

The shop

Merchandise is sold through Fourthwall, on their own storefront. If you buy something, Fourthwall handles the order, the payment and the shipping details under their privacy policy. Payment card details are never handled by this site and are never seen by us.

Stopping

• Email: every message has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
• Or just ask. Email hello@elisecooley.com and your details will be deleted. No reason needed and no follow-up questions.

How long things are kept

Email addresses and phone numbers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for them to be removed, and then they are deleted.

Sharing

Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are handled only by the services needed to send the messages you asked for, and by nobody else.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted details, email the address below and they will be removed.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@elisecooley.com and it will be handled.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
